What Happens When You Delete Your Account

When you request account deletion, the following actions will be taken:

• Account Data: Your username, profile information, and account settings will be permanently deleted.
• Contacts: All your Direct Verified and Indirect Contact relationships will be removed.
• Messages: All encrypted message data associated with your account will be deleted from our servers.
• Encryption Keys: All stored encrypted key material will be permanently destroyed.
• Subscription: Any active subscription will be canceled. No refunds will be issued for the current billing period.
• Media: All shared images, voice notes, and files will be removed from our servers.

This action is irreversible. Once your account is deleted, there is no way to recover your data, messages, or contacts.

Processing Time

Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days in accordance with GDPR requirements. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted. During the processing period, your account will be deactivated and inaccessible.

You can also request account deletion directly from within the WhisFai app:

1. Open WhisFai
2. Go to Settings
3. Tap "Account"
4. Tap "Delete Account"
5. Follow the confirmation prompts
